It’s up to you. Many clients provide access and go about their day. If you’d prefer to be home, that’s fine too — we’re flexible.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. All our cleaners are fully insured and undergo background checks to ensure your safety and peace of mind.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee to cover scheduling loss.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes! We come fully equipped with professional-grade tools and eco-friendly products. If you prefer we use your supplies, just let us know.
How long does a cleaning session take?
The duration depends on the type of service and the size or condition of the space. Once we understand your needs, we’ll provide an estimated timeframe during the booking process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
We guarantee satisfaction. If you’re not happy, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll come back to fix any issues — at no extra cost.
