1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using any service provided by Smile Bubble™, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By booking with us, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Service Availability
Our services are offered exclusively within Australia. We do not accept or fulfill bookings outside of Australia.
4. Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash
Credit/Debit Card
Bank Transfer
Afterpay (Buy Now, Pay Later)
Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.Cancellations & Refunds
Free Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance at no charge.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations: Will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed services unless the service was not delivered as agreed. Any approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Rescheduling: One free rescheduling is allowed per booking with at least 24 hours’ notice. Subsequent changes may incur an administrative fee.
6. User Accounts
Currently, customers are not required to create an account to book services. We may introduce user accounts in the future, at which point this section will be updated accordingly.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the quality and efficiency of our services, customers are expected to:
Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property or vehicle.
Secure pets and valuables during service.
Inform us of any special requirements or conditions that may affect service delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
Smile Bubble™ will not be held liable for:
Pre-existing damage to property or items.
Loss or damage due to circumstances beyond our control.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected and used.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
